EMPOWERS Country Progress

This section is dynamic in that it presents concise and updated descriptions of the factual progress made in the three Country Programmes.  It is divided into three folders, a folder for each EMPOWERS country.  Within the Country folder there are subfolders, documents and links. 

The Overview subfolder includes background information on the country, milestones for the directly preceding phase, a glance at the Project's country partners and a description of the local communities selected for the implementation of the project.

The Recent Developments subfolder is the place where one can find elaboration of activities related to the basic tenets of the EMPOWERS approach such as stakeholders dialogue, integrated water resources management, and process documentation.

Pilot projects and their evolution shall be traced in an independent subfolder, starting from choosing particular projects and through their completion and the lessons to be drawn from their processes and the subsequent benefits expected.

Exactly like the EMPOWERS Partnership, this section on the Project's progress is an ever-developing material, reflecting what has been done and where we are standing at a certain point.
