2003 - 2007

During the last four years, the EMPOWERS Partnership Programme has been developing and piloting innovative methods, tools and technologies for improving local water governance.

This brochure provides a brief overview of the approach developed by The EMPOWERS Partnership and a description of the piloting that has taken place at the village, district and governorate levels over the duration of the project from Sept. 2003 to August 2007.
